they started giggling, smiling and stompin' around. why, because if you are a parent like me, you definitely are familiar with The Laurie Berkner Band's *we are the dinosaurs*... and who doesn't love that song?

Laurie Berkner has been entertaining families since 1997 with tons of danceable (and stompable) children's songs. five albums to be exact! what a perfect time to release a best of the laurie berkner band compilation. all my kid's favorites (and mine) made it to this CD, like *bumblebee, under a shady tree and B-O-O-T-S*... it's definitely the perfect mix of Laurie Berkner Band classics. 

this CD is a great starting point for those not familiar with Laurie's music too! as soon as you hear this CD, you will find yourself humming right along. 

in addition to the best of, the CD contains three bonus tracks, alternate version songs  of Pig On Her Head and Moon, Moon, Moon and one BRAND NEW tune, Open Your Heart, which was written for the children's charity The Pajama Program. 

this CD would make a great addition to any family's music collection. you certainly won't be disappointed!
