I can honestly say, multivitamins haven't always been on the top of my priority list, but through life lessons, I developed my top five reasons why I NOW incorporate them into my daily routine. (please note: I am not an expert, just a mom that wants to feel better!)
Number {5} -Prevent Daily Deficiencies
In the past, I always thought, vitamins, blahhhh. Why do I need to take them, I eat healthy enough, don't I? Well, unfortunately, even trying to eat healthy doesn't ALWAYS mean you are getting the correct nutrients your body needs. Taking a multivitamin is the first step in adding in important nutrients that your body craves.
Number {4} -Help to De-stress
I've read that taking a multivitamin helps in cases of stress. With lots to do everyday with running around with the kids, errands and keeping up with the day to day, increased stress can obviously occur. Stress formulation multivitamins are suppose to benefit your mental ability and your daily endurance. I will take what I can get!
Number {3} -Minimize Risk of Disease
Isn't that enough? Well, from countless articles that I have read regarding multivitamins, taken daily, they help minimize the risk of cancer or any cardiovascular disease. Reason enough for me!
Number {2} -Provides Needed Energy
I know that most days, I need an exorbitant amount of energy to perform the daily tasks of everyday life. Taking daily multivitamin has definitely given me that added energy. Multivitamins contain several vitamins, such as B-complex vitamins and
vitamin C, that may help improve your body's energy. That and sometimes my much needed extra cup of coffee!
Number {1} - A Better Me = A Better Family!
Number {1} - A Better Me = A Better Family!
Overall, taking my multivitamin just makes me feel so much better on a daily basis. And if I feel better, my family benefits. I have more energy to give to them and that is very important to me! I have noticed that if I stop taking them for an extended period of time, I certainly feel a difference. I get tired faster and just don't feel like myself. Although a multivitamin may not be for everyone, they have definitely helped me. After having kids, I will take any extra energy I can get because to me...

I started taking my vitamins daily for about two years and it does make a difference with my energy level and how I feel! Taking my vitamins daily also sets a good example for my kids so they remember to take theirs also! Here's to good health!

I take a daily vitamin too, and I do notice if I run out and don't take them for several days the difference.
I tried to vote for you, but ace & friends wasn't listed.
