Following Featherbottom Personalized Book {Review & Giveaway}

As a mom, I absolutely love and adore personalized gifts. First, because they always make the kids feel so special. Second... {and more importantly} the kids know who's is who's. No fighting! Yes.

When I was introduced to Following Featherbottom by MarbleSpark, a personalized story book – I fell in love.  *swoon*.

About the book:

Following Featherbottom is a personalized children’s book about your child’s name. Follow Felix Featherbottom and his sidekick Pierre du Pond as they race around the globe finding the letters for your child’s name. 

This professionally bound, hardcover, customized kids' book is perfect for all kids ages 0 - 10. From an A in Antarctica to a Z in Zimbabwe, Felix and Pierre run into fantastic characters and adventures that grow along with your child. Babies love the vibrant illustrations and rhyme. Toddlers learn to recognize and spell their name. Older children get a geography lesson and love finding the hidden items in each illustration that begin with the letters of their name. 

Each personalized book is unique, including the child’s birthday, a dedication from the sender, and personalized hardcover with your child’s name on it. You can select different letters and even choose among three different hardcover backgrounds. Like a snowflake, no two books are the same -- a big, awesome snowflake with your name on it that never melts.

Admittedly, I adore this storybook. I love how you can choose to include your child's last name or not.  As you turn each page, you discover and uncover each letter of your child's name along with a new country. It's a fun little adventure! The illustrations are amazing and the story itself is a fun read. What child doesn't LOVE rhyming!  My three year old just couldn't stop smiling as we read each page. She liked finding the letter on each page.

The personalization and ordering of the book was super simple. You can select the page to go with each letter of your child's name. You can also add a special dedication message to your child. This would make the perfect gift for any child of any age. It's a delightful read that I know my daughter will enjoy for many years to come.
