I love the ability to create my own low-cal flavored water. The Takeya Fruit Infusion Jug which has a built-in strainer to remove the fruit and seeds allow me to do just that. Absolutely Brilliant! Now, why didn't I think of that first? The jug is super simple to use. All you need is the jug, some good old H2O and your favorite fruits. Since I know how much we like lemon in our water, I tried that first. I added slices of lemon to my Fruit Infusion Jug in the evening along with some cold water. That's it. The next morning the lemon flavor had strengthened and it was very refreshing. Next I tried the combination of lemons and clementines (pictured below). Followed the same process. It was unique and tasty! I think that the jug of infused water would taste best when consumed within a few days. When flavoring your water, you don't need to just to stick to the basics, like lemons, limes or cucumbers. Get creative. How about strawberry orange, lemon lime.... your imagination is your only limit. Our Takeya Fruit Infusion Jug will get lots of mileage this summer.
