 ace and friends thoughts: Have you ever been driving along and boom, dropped call? I know that I certainly have had that happen on MANY, MANY occasions. How about when you try and make a call and there doesn't appear to be a signal? Again, yep, that's happened to me. So, when I was given the opportunity to try out  the Cell Ranger STIX signal booster, my first thought was, OH PLEASE, YES!

Initially reaction, could something actually help my dropped calls and signal strength, REALLY? Well, I gave it a good test run. First test, dropped calls! If you live in the Detroit area, you know that cell phone service is absolutely HORRIBLE through the city of Troy. Ok, before you say it, I know that I'm not suppose to use my cell phone in the city of Troy while driving... but this was a good reason, right? Well, the good news is, my phone service actually did not drop at all in it's usual drop spot. And yep, there is a specific location where calls ALWAYS drop in the city of Troy, fellow Detroit area residents... you know! Test one: PASS.

Second test, signal strength. So, where to test, where to test. Underground parking structure.
